Admins and Owners can change the default banner for the whole account, and choose whether the new banner applies only to new rooms and templates, or to all rooms and templates, including existing ones. Applying a banner to existing rooms cannot be undone.

How do I update the banner in all my rooms?
To update the default banner:
Click your avatar, open the account-name item, and click Admin Center. The Admin Center opens in a new browser tab, on the Settings tab.
Under Room appearance → Default room banner, click Configure.
Upload a new image, or reposition the current one.
Click Save. The Default Banner Update Confirmation window opens.
Choose where the new banner applies:
Apply only to new rooms & templates (selected by default)
Apply to all rooms & templates (new & existing)
Click Yes. To leave without changing anything, click Cancel.
What happens to my existing rooms and templates?
What happens depends on the option you choose:
Apply only to new rooms & templates: existing rooms and templates keep their current banner. Only rooms and templates created from now on use the new banner.
Apply to all rooms & templates (new & existing): the new banner replaces the current banner in every room and template in the account, including rooms that are already shared with clients. Clients see the new banner immediately.
⚠️ Applying a banner to all rooms and templates cannot be undone. If a room had its own banner, that banner is replaced. Before you choose this option, we recommend checking whether any of your teams use a different banner in rooms they have shared with clients.

Limitations
There is no undo for Apply to all rooms & templates (new & existing).
The update applies to the whole account. You cannot choose specific rooms, templates or teams.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
Will my client see the new banner?
Yes, if you choose Apply to all rooms & templates (new & existing). The banner changes immediately in every room, including rooms already shared with clients.
Can I undo a banner update?
No. After you apply a banner to all rooms and templates, the previous banners cannot be restored. You can apply a different banner the same way, but it will replace the banner in all rooms again.
Can I change the banner in only some of my rooms?
Not from Admin Center. The default banner setting applies to the whole account. To change the banner in a single room, edit it inside that room.
I see "Only admins can access this page" when I open Admin Center.
Only Admins and Owners can open Admin Center, so other roles see this message. Ask an Admin or the account Owner to change the default banner.
What size should the banner image be?
